The Lansburgh’s pet policy allows for up to two cats per apartment. There is an initial nonrefundable $200.00 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $20.00 per cat. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any dogs regardless of breed or size. If you have any further questions regarding The Lansburgh’s pet policy, please contact the management office.
