Corporate apartment residents in the Central Business District are located in an area of New Orleans that is considered "downtown" New Orleans. The Central Business District or CBD is bordered by the Mississippi, the downriver edge by the French Quarter, the back by Claiborne Avenue, the upriver edge by Howard Avenue, and the lower limit of the "Lower Garden District" of Uptown New Orleans.
