MARRIOTT EXECUSTAY ANNOUNCES ERIC JOLIKKO AS GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE NORTHERN DELAWARE MARKET
Bethesda, Md. – February 24, 2010 – Marriott ExecuStay®, a leader in temporary housing, corporate housing and furnished apartments, has named Eric Jolikko as general manager for the Northern Delaware market. ExecuStay apartments in this area are managed by Elements I, LLC.
In his role as general manager, Jolikko will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Greater Wilmington market, along with sales management and operations.
“We are very fortunate to have Eric on our team,” said Melinda Bosco, vice president residential operations for parent company, The Buccini/Pollin Group. “He has extensive experience in this market which will play an integral part in our efforts to grow share and increase brand awareness in Greater Wilmington.”
Jolikko has more than 20 years of hospitality experience, with a strong background in hotel operations and management. Most recently, he held the position of operations director for the Doubletree Hotel Philadelphia.
A graduate of Delaware County Community College in Media, Pa., Jolikko currently resides in Middletown, Del.
