MARRIOTT EXECUSTAY ANNOUNCES MICHELLE FERRARO AS CHICAGO GENERAL MANAGER

Bethesda, Md. – August 19, 2009 – Marriott ExecuStay®, a leader in temporary housing, corporate housing and furnished apartments, is pleased to announce that Michelle Ferraro has been named general manager for the Chicago market.  
“Michelle is passionate about the customer and their experience,” says Cathy Bokman, vice president of market operations.  “This market has considerable growth potential and I’m confident her experience and enthusiasm in driving revenue and customer satisfaction will help us to reach our market goals.  We are pleased to have her on the team.”


In her role as general manager, Ms. Ferraro will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Chicago sales territory along with sales management and operations.
Ms. Ferraro has more than 15 years of hospitality experience, including 10 years with Marriott International.  Her diverse experience encompasses human resources, food and beverage, operations and sales.  In her previous position, as multi-brand sales manager, Ms. Ferraro represented the Marriott and Renaissance brands in the Chicago area.
