Marriott ExecuStay Announces Nick Materdomini as Sales Manager for the New York Territory


Bethesda, Md. – September 16, 2009 – Marriott ExecuStay®, a leader in temporary housing, corporate housing and furnished apartments, is pleased to announce that Nick Materdomini has been named sales manager for ExecuStay - New York.
In his new role, Mr. Materdomini is responsible for the strategic direction and sales management efforts for the New York territory, including business development, brand awareness and market share growth.  
“We are delighted to have Nick leading our New York sales efforts,” said Dennis Duden, general manager for the New York market.  “This market has growth potential, and his experience will help us to stay ahead in this highly competitive area.”

Mr. Materdomini earned his bachelor’s degree from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus.  Prior to joining ExecuStay, he was an executive director in the assisted living industry, responsible for the oversight of sales and marketing.
