Corporate Housing Provider Uses Marketing Innovation to Grow Business
LOS ANGELES - February 14, 2013 - Oakwood Worldwide, the global leader in corporate housing and serviced apartment solutions, has been selected as winner of the 2013 Tower of Excellence Most Creative Marketing award presented by the Corporate Housing Providers Association. This honor recognizes an outstanding marketing concept that has greatly impacted corporate housing in the past year. Oakwood Worldwide received this recognition at CHPA’s annual conference on February 5, 2013, at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. This is the fourth CHPA Tower of Excellence Award - Most Creative Marketing for Oakwood Worldwide in the past six years.
Oakwood Worldwide’s winning submission was selected from four nominees in the "more than 300 units" category, based on its ability to successfully communicate the benefit to companies in choosing Oakwood for global corporate housing solutions, while raising awareness and promoting the value of corporate housing to a wider audience. The company’s marketing campaign was designed to gain business from prospects and regain business from inactive accounts. The campaign combined a traditional incentive mailing with a targeted email, employing the use of personalized URLs to track leads. To date, the program can claim a more than 2,300 percent return on investment.
