Bethesda, Md. – June 2, 2010 – Marriott ExecuStay® (http://www.ExecuStay.com), a leader in temporary housing, corporate housing and furnished apartments, is now offering at all locations, commissionable rates to travel agents for the first 29 nights of stay. With this announcement, Marriott ExecuStay joins the entirTe portfolio of Marriott International extended-stay brands in offering commissions to travel agents.
Giving travel agents an even greater opportunity to provide the right solution for their customers, ExecuStay has furnished apartments in more than 300 cities throughout the U.S. The brand targets business travelers, government employees and those relocating and needing stays of 30 days or more – giving customers more space and privacy in a residential location. Additionally, travel agents can offer their clients the opportunity to earn Marriott Rewards® points, just as they do with all other Marriott brands.
Based on 2010 ExecuStay average rates, travel agents can expect to see a commission of $200 to $400 per extended stay. Processing commissions for ExecuStay is the same as with other Marriott brands, with benefits including:
• Payment in 15 currencies
• Weekly consolidated payments
• Electronic statements and payments
• Ability to check payment status online
